Make fire cupping easy and safe. Saturate the copper wrapped cotton end with plenty of alcohol and ignite with a lighter. Place the flame inside the fire cup to warm and extinguish torch. Can be reused 300 times.  Note: that the torch will be hot to the touch after extinguishing.
