PRICING
TO PURCHASE HERBAL FORMULAS AND ACUPUNCTURE NEEDLES. Herbal formulas and acupuncture needles are sold to licensed healthcare providers, licensed resellers/wholesalers, and currently enrolled students of acupuncture/TCM. Please provide your license information or student information when registering. Licensed Practitioners Please call us after registering and before ordering for special pricing levels to be applied to your account. If payment is made before applicable practitioner discounts are applied discount prices will apply on future orders only
Prices on our website or catalog are subject to change without notice. ALL GOODS ARE BILLED AT THE PRICE IN EFFECT ON THE DAY OF SHIPMENT. Current promotions cannot be combined with previous offers. Discounts are valid for 10 days after the catalog expires. Promotional & Clearance items are offered while supplies last. Sizes, colors and availability may be limited. WABBO is not responsible for misprints. Disposable exam paper products free shipping offer CANNOT be combined with any other promotions.


ORDERING
To place your order, please call during our office hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30am ~ 5:00pm (PST) or leave your message in our voice-recording mailbox. Please clearly state our product item numbers, or brief description of goods, and quantity of items purchased. PAYMENT
We accept pre-paid orders. Payment can be made by credit card or bank account through PayPal. Payment can also be made by calling us @ 1-800-852-4609 between 9am-5pm PST Mon-Fri, please have your order # and credit card ready. We accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX or DISCOVER, or by T/T(telex transfer), bank draft, cashier's check or money order. We do not take COD orders. We will assess a $25.00 fee on all non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks. WABBO reserves the right to charge 1.5% interest on unpaid balance as permitted by law.. For International transactions we accept T/T(telex transfer, an additional $25 bank transfer fee for transactions under $500 USD will apply), bank draft, cashier's check or money order. DELIVERY
*Orders are usually shipped via UPS or freight truck. For expedited Shipping please note: The Wabbo Co. observes most national holidays and shipment time is not guaranteed for orders placed on or near these days. To guarantee same day shipment please call 1-800-852-4609 between 9am and 2pm PST M-F.
*Orders shipped by common carrier(e.g.Con-Way,Roadway, UPS Freight, etc.)are palletized and the number of cartons on the pallet are signed for by the carrier's driver at the time of shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to count cartons on the pallet when goods are received, and take written exception (on the delivery bill) of any carton(s) shorted or damaged.
*We cannot issue credit for merchandise shorted or damaged in shipment unless a written exception is noted at the time of delivery.
*WABBO is not responsible for additional charges for inside delivery or life gate delivery.
*Products with an item status of "Drop Ship" is shipped directly from the manufacturer.
*"Direct Ship"order(s)-shipped to directly YOUR CUSTOMER(S) are also available upon customer's request at a charge of $8.00 additional handling per order.


SHIPPING
We offer UPS Ground and Air shipping(1, 2, or 3 day). Shipping is billed at cost by UPS.


Orders returned to The Wabbo Co due to customer error in shipping address or non-availability are subject to a minimum charge of $11.00.


WARRANTY
Our warranty for all durable products is 45 days or manufacturers warranty. This warranty does not cover damage from mishandling, dropping or alterations. Please return damaged or defective items securely packaged along with your return authorization form. MAY REQUIRE PHOTO(s) APPROVAL.


SHIPPING DAMAGES
When you receive your order check the entire order against the paper work provided. Any shortages or damaged product must be reported within 7 business days of delivery, Keep all shipping cartons & contents as UPS may need to inspect in the event of a claim. These guidelines must be followed in order to receive a credit for damaged or shorted items.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping charges are based on dimensional weight. All taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to amount due at the time of order entry into destination country. We only accept wire transfer, Western Union and pre-paid check orders. RETURNS & CREDITS:
*Merchandise must have been purchased from The WABBO Co. or online at www.buyacupuncture.com within 30 days of return request to qualify for credit or exchange. Please contact us for authorization to return merchandise. Requests must include the reason for return.
* No credit or exchange will be processed until the merchandise has been received and inspected. At our option, we may repair, replace or issue credit.
* Re-stocking charges may be applied to all authorized goods returned beyond 30 days of the purchase date. This charge may be as much as 25% depending on the condition of the merchandise and the date of the original purchase.
*Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
*If merchandise is used and in need of service, it may be referred to the vendor for processing. If merchandise is defective due to abuse, a nominal charge for parts, labor and return shipping charges will apply.
*TDP Lamp(s) returned for repair will be inspected to determine if under warranty. Warranty Service is provided for defects due to defects in the manufacturer's parts or workmanship; not due to use and/or abuse. A nominal charge for parts, labor and return shipping charges will apply.
*A restocking charges 25% will apply for all "drop ship" order(s) returned.
*Non-Returnable Items:For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products like needles, herbs, powders, oils, lotions, personal care products, creams, books, videos, music, CDs, DVDs, brochures and software. Returns on washed linens, worn clothing, or used disposable garments, electrodes, wires, moxa, will not be accepted. Special orders and Bulk Drop Shipped orders are non-returnable. ALL return must be in original packaging, with no price stickers or other markings on packaging.


FDA COMPLIANCE PURCHASE AGREEMENT:
*Acupuncture Needle: Caution: Federal law restricts the sale of Acupuncture Needles to or on the order of qualified practitioners of acupuncture as determined by the states.
*Chinese Herbs: all herbal products are only available to qualified health professionals, Please have your license number ready when you place an order.


DISCLAIMER
No medical claims are intended or implied for any products sold. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe and proper use of these devices and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the supplier and manufacturer from any consumer claims against these products or their ultimate use..


TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that WABBO products are mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, WABBO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. WABBO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, WABBO shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
